When you purchase a domain and hosting from DollarDomainName.com we will automatically update the DNS servers for you. New domains should begin working within a 24 hour period.
Note: If your domain is purchased from another registrar and you have purchased hosting from us then you will need to update your DNS servers to point at :
Primary DNS :
ns1.dollardomainname.com (209.17.160.83)
Secondary DNS
ns2.dollardomainname.com (209.17.160.89)
You must also contact our support department and have our technicians create the necessary zone records for you.

- You can create a support ticket by logging in to your hosting account and then click on the Get Support section at the top menu bar. Login to your hosting account at: https://www.dollardomainname.com/hosting/account
For your Website Control Panel password:
1. Login to your billing account at https://www.dollardomainname.com/hosting/account
2. Click on 'My Sites' at the top menu bar.
3. Click on 'My Packages'. The password will show under your packages.
Web hosting applications are processed on a daily basis. Once your application is processed and approved you will receive an email confirming your application and account details.
